Some of the clients we serve

Why join our team?

Why live in beautiful Muskoka?

Our head office is in Huntsville, ON, Canada. Every year, people travel from all over the world to catch a glimpse of our Muskoka area. But for some of us, we get to call this home year around!

Collaborate together

We believe that the best creativity happens in community, where we can collaborate effectively. For certain roles, remote may be considered, but we always prefer in-person.

Enjoy the beauty

Nature, arts, culture, watersports, and more. Muskoka has it all... minus the traffic.

Lower cost of living

Did you know? Living in cottage country is more affordable than the GTA, even though it's only a few hours away.

The people we're looking for

We’re looking for people at the top of their game—with excellent competence, high character, and a great team fit.

Excellent at your craft

Not promising — proven. You have work you're proud of and you can explain why it worked.

Frustrated by mediocrity

You've probably been somewhere that didn't meet your standards. You noticed. It bothered you. Good.

Wants real responsibility

Not a task list. Not someone else's strategy. You want your thinking to shape the work and you're ready to be accountable for the results.

High character

Honest, dependable, servant-hearted. When you say you'll do something, it gets done — with excellence, not just adequacy.

Invested for the long term

We're building something — not filling a seat. The right person wants to grow with us, not through us.

Excited about our values

Not just okay with them — genuinely aligned. If our values resonate with how you already try to live and work, you'll feel at home here.

Current Open Roles

We’re not looking for someone who can manage a content calendar. We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands why some content stops people mid-scroll and most doesn’t — and is a bit frustrated when they see the latter.

This is a strategy-first role. You’ll own social media for a portfolio of ambitious clients — from the positioning conversation through to execution. Our video team and creative director are genuinely excellent. Your job is to bring the strategic brain that makes their work land.

You might be the right person if:

  1. You’ve grown accounts from near zero to meaningful engagement and you can explain exactly why it worked — not just that it did
  2. You find bad content genuinely irritating because you can immediately see what’s wrong with it and what it should have been
  3. You’re comfortable sitting in analytics and know the difference between metrics that matter and ones that just look good in a report
  4. You’ve been underutilized somewhere — executing someone else’s mediocre strategy when you knew exactly what should be done differently
  5. You have a genuine point of view on what makes content work — and you’re willing to defend it

Your domain:

  1. Social media strategy and execution for a portfolio of ambitious clients — your strategy in collaboration with our team, your direction, your results
  2. Content direction in collaboration with our video and creative team — we produce high-quality, well-crafted content, not phone-shot UGC. If you believe production quality matters to how a brand is perceived, you’ll fit right in
  3. Algonquin Digital’s own social presence
  4. Paid Meta ads — we’ll develop the right person here if your organic strategy instincts are strong

Why Algonquin Digital:

  1. Small team with genuinely high standards — no layers, no politics, no mediocre work accepted
  2. Values-driven team culture (check out algonquindigital.com/our-values)
  3. Real ownership of your domain from the start — your thinking shapes the work, not just your execution
  4. Muskoka — you’d actually live here, not just visit on vacation. Lower cost of living, genuine community, no traffic
  5. A team that genuinely cares about the work and the people doing it
  6. In-person position collaborating from our office in downtown Huntsville, ON.
  7. Starting salary: $75,000–$90,000, based on experience and talent
  8. Full-time, salaried, with growth opportunity
We’re looking for someone who wants to build something genuinely excellent — and who finds Muskoka an exciting place to do it, not a compromise.

We’re a small premium team in Huntsville, Ontario doing genuinely excellent work for ambitious clients. We refuse to do mediocre work — and we’re looking for someone who feels the same way.

This is a part time remote role with real responsibility. You’ll manage social media for a portfolio of clients — posting, scheduling, and content execution — working closely with our video and creative team to make sure everything lands the way it should.

You might be the right person if

  • You’ve grown accounts and you can explain exactly why it worked — not just that it did
  • You find bad content genuinely frustrating because you can immediately see what it should have been
  • You’re organized and reliable — clients are counting on consistent execution
  • You have a genuine point of view on what makes content work and you’re willing to defend it
  • You’re based in Ontario or Canada and thrive working with a team, even if remote

Your domain

  1. Social media posting and scheduling for a portfolio of ambitious clients
  2. Content execution in collaboration with our video and creative team

Why Algonquin Digital

  • Small team with genuinely high standards — no layers, no politics, no mediocre work accepted
  • Real responsibility for your domain — your thinking shapes the work, not just your execution
  • Flexible hours that work around your life
  • We produce high-quality well-crafted content — not phone-shot UGC. If you believe production quality matters, you’ll fit right in
  • A team that genuinely cares about the work and the people doing it
  • This role has potential to grow — we’re building something worth being part of

Part-time · Remote · Ontario or Canada · $35,000–$50,000 depending on hours

Most people are either good with systems or good with people. This role needs both — and that combination is genuinely rare.

You’ll build and manage the pre-sales automation systems that power our clients’ businesses — SMS sequences, email campaigns, AI booking bots, and objection-handling drip campaigns that take a lead from first contact to booked call. The technical side matters. But what separates good from exceptional here is understanding the psychology underneath each touchpoint — why someone responds, what objection they’re quietly carrying, and what needs to be said at exactly the right moment to move them forward.

You might be the right person if:

  • You think in systems naturally — you see the whole customer journey before you build the first step
  • You write like a human — your automated messages don’t sound automated
  • You’re genuinely curious about why people make decisions — not just what they do but what’s underneath it
  • You find poorly designed automations genuinely frustrating — the kind that make customers feel like a number
  • You’re organized and detail-oriented but not rigid — you know when the system needs to flex for the human
  • You see a well-designed system as a starting point rather than a constraint — and you know the difference between customizing meaningfully and reinventing unnecessarily

Your domain:

  • End-to-end pre-sales automation — SMS sequences, email campaigns, and AI booking bots that take a lead from first contact to booked call, tracked through a full opportunities pipeline
  • Objection-handling drip campaigns that run between booking and call — doing the selling before the sales conversation even starts
  • A proven system framework deployed across clients — you’ll know it deeply, customize what’s actually said for each client’s specific business and audience, and understand why each touchpoint is designed the way it is
  • Algonquin Digital’s own internal systems — you’ll shape how we communicate and operate too
  • Performance analysis — knowing what’s converting and being honest about what isn’t
On experience:

Experience with Go High Level or similar platforms is a real advantage, though we’ll invest in training the right person. What we can’t train is the combination of systems thinking, sales psychology, and communication instinct this role requires. If you have those, we want to talk.

Why Algonquin Digital:

  • Small team with genuinely high standards — no layers, no politics, no mediocre work accepted
  • Values-driven team culture (check out algonquindigital.com/our-values)
  • Real responsibility for your domain from the start — your thinking shapes the work, not just your execution
  • A team that genuinely cares about the work and the people doing it
  • Starting salary: $75,000–$95,000, based on experience and talent
  • Full-time, salaried, with growth opportunity
